Deborah Dion, Program Administrator

A Dawson county native, Deborah began working with CCCS in
January 2005. She is a graduate of Dickinson State University, and Dawson Community College.
She holds a Bachelor of University Studies degree and an Associate of
Applied Science degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling. Deborah was
formerly a Program Manager with AWARE, Inc. From 1995 to 2003, she served as a Qualified Mental
Retardation Professional at the Eastmont Human Service Center.
Avery Engstrom, Administrative

Avery joined WATCh East in September 2010. She previously worked as an office
assistant. Avery is working towards her Bachelor's
degree in Business Management at Rasmussen College. She has attended
several training seminars on customer service and time management. Born
and raised on a ranch in Glasgow, Montana, Avery was active in 4-H as a member and a leader.
Sandy Robson, Registered Nurse

A native of Minot, North Dakota, Sandy began work with CCCS in April 2005.
She received her nursing degree from Miles City Community College. She
was formerly the Medical Services Supervisor at Eastmont Human Services
Center from 1995 to 2003. Most recently, Sandy worked as a Registered
Nurse at the Glendive Medical Center Extended Care Facility.

Mike has been the Case Manager at WATCh East since March 2010. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Vocational-Rehabilitation from the University of Minnesota - Moorhead and worked from 1992 to 1995
managing a workshop for addicted and alcoholic homeless veterans. After that he moved to Glendive
and worked at Eastmont from 1995 until Eastmont closed in 2003. During his tenure at Eastmont,
he supervised over 60 employees. He also monitored the budget in his division. When Eastmont
closed he worked as a repair and dispatch technician for Mid Rivers. Following that, Mike
went to work as a Training and Employment Director and was the Interim Executive Director
for the entire community action agency. He comes to us with a wealth of experience and
excellent supervisory skills. His experience working in addictions and in a therapeutic
community is a wonderful asset to the WATCh East program. In addition, he will be
pursing certification as a Licensed Addiction Counselor.
Marie-Christine Lamphier,
Licensed Addiction Counselor

Marie began her employment with WATCh East as a Security Technician in
April 2005. She was promoted to a Counselor Technician in April
2007, and then a Counselor LEC in July 2007. Marie previously
worked at Home on the Range and Eastmont Human Services Center.
She was also a Special Aid Teacher in
France for 14 years. She holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS)
degree in human services and an AAS in drugs and alcohol dependency from
Dawson Community College.
Pamela Ward,
Licensed Addiction Counselor

Pamela joined WATCh East on October 31, 2011. She previously worked in the Drug Court in Idaho,
the prison system in Oregon, and for county Mental Health.
She earned her AAS in Criminal Justice at Paul D. Camp Community College in Franklin, Virginia
and her BA in Psychology in Psychology at Albertson College in Caldwell, Idaho.
Pamela has been a Licensed Addicition Counselor since 1998.
Gina Whittle, Case Manager

Gina joined WATCh East on June 8, 2001. Gina has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the
Montana State University-Billings. She was the 2007 Outstanding Graduate Student at MSU-B.
Gina has been employed for the past two years at Action For Eastern Montana as a Case Manager
and Employment and Training Development Specialist. In this position, she traveled 17
Eastern Montana counties and has experience working with Native American tribes in assisting
youth in finding employment and achieving educational goals. Gina has completed nearly all the
classes necessary to obtain her degree as an Addiction Counselor.
Kathy Stoner, Counselor Technician

Kathy started with WATCh East in January 2005. Before her
promotion to this position, she worked as a Security Technician with
WATCh East; prior to that, she was a receptionist at a health care
clinic. She has completed training in Medical Terminology and in
Human Relationships in the Workplace.
Vaughn Jenkins, Counselor Technician

Vaughn joined WATCh East in November 2008. He previously managed a
restaurant and gift shop in Glacier National Park, was a manager
for Qwest, and currently owns his own lawn care service. Vaughn has developed
training classes for public speaking and written communication. He
has hired foreign exchange students to work for him from around the world
and he has traveled to many of those locations in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland,
and China.
Bev Olson, Counselor Technician

Bev started working for WATCh East in June 2006 as a Security
Technician. She was promoted to Security Supervisor in 2009. She accepted the position of Counselor
Technician in February 2010. In the past, Bev has worked in various
health care facilities including working with the mentally ill and disabled.
Bev enjoys teaching and assisting people to overcome their addictions.
She finds her job at WATCh East most rewarding.
Lawrence Stoner, Security Supervisor

Lawrence started with WATCh East in February 2005. He was previously employed
as head of Housekeeping at the Eastern Montana Veterans Home. He was
also Chief Dispatcher at Halliburton in charge of scheduling for 230 men.
He took leadership training while serving three years in the military. He was born
and raised in Glendive, Montana.
Sara Clonce, Security Coordinator

Sara joined WATCh East in July 2006 as a Security Technician and was promoted to Security Coordinator in August 2007.
She was previously employed for many years at the Moderate Level Therapeutic Group Home for Adolescent females
until low funding forced its closure. Sara also worked in the Acute Care/Emergency
Room as a Ward Clerk. She earned an Associate's degree in Business
Management from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, ND
and a Bachelor of Science degree from American InterContinental
University online. Additionally, she has achieved training in Social
Skills; CPI-Crisis Prevention and Intervention; HELP; CPR/First Aide;
and Excelling as a First-Time Manager or Supervisor.

Elaine began her employment with WATCh East on March 12, 2005. She
brings with her a wealth of experience including 13 years at Eastmont
Human Services Center.
John Beeler, Security Supervisor

John joined WATCh East on January 17, 2005. Prior to that, he was a grill cook. John spent 9.5 years
in the military working as a generator mechanic, an electrician, and an operator of heavy equipment.
He enjoys wood working, camping, hunting, fishing, mechanics,
and restoring antiques.
Rebecca Walker, Security Supervisor

Becky began her employment with WATCh East in April 2008 as a Security Tech and was promoted to
her current position in September 2011. She was previously employed for 22 years as an Agricultural Loan
Officer for the Federal Government. Becky also drove railroad crews for Express shuttle and worked
during tax season for H&R Block. She earned a BS in Agricultural Business at Montana State University - Bozeman,
Montana. She has special training in Agricultural business and has recently taken many college classes
to enhance her computer skills. In her spare time, Becky enjoys working on her parents farm and spending time
at their cabin in Fort Peck where she likes to fish.

Pat began his employment at WATCh East in May 2005. He was previously
employed at a hardware store and has worked in maintenance at the Eastern
Montana Veteran's home.
