Deborah Dion, Program Administrator

A Dawson county native, Deborah began working with CCCS in January 2005.  She is a graduate of  Dickinson State University, and Dawson Community College.  She holds a Bachelor of University Studies degree and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling.  Deborah was formerly a Program Manager with AWARE, Inc.   From 1995 to 2003, she served as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional at the Eastmont Human Service Center. 

Jan Kruger, Administrative Assistant

Jan came to WATCh East in January 2005 with 25 years of service at Eastmont Human Service Center.  She attended Montana State University at Bozeman, Montana, and Northern Montana College at Havre, Montana.  She is also involved with animals and is a supporter of young people in rodeo.  

Sandy Robson, Registered Nurse

A native of Minot, North Dakota, Sandy began work with CCCS in April 2005.  She received her nursing degree from Miles City Community College.  She was formerly the Medical Services Supervisor at Eastmont Human Services Center from 1995 to 2003.  Most recently, Sandy worked as a Registered Nurse at the Glendive Medical Center Extended Care Facility.

LaVerne Trangmoe, Clinical Treatment Services Supervisor

LaVerne began her employment with the WATCh East Program in January 2005 as an Addiction Counselor, and was then promoted to Clinical Treatment Services Supervisor in 2007.  She previously worked in women's ready-to-wear retail for 13 years, 6 of which were as an owner of a women's dress shop.  LaVerne brings to her position a Master's of Education in Counseling specializing in addiction from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota.  She earned a Bachelor's in Home Economic Education from the University of Montana in Bozeman, Montana.

Pam Ley, Licensed Addiction Counselor

Pam was hired as an LAC for WATCh East on April 17, 2006. She was previously employed as an LAC at the District II Alcohol and Drug Program for three years.  She has Associate Degrees in Human Services and in Chemical Dependency Counseling.  In addition her two certificates of achievement from Medtox Laboratories, Inc., Pam has also received special training in: Meth Training, Co-Occurring Disorders, Empowering the Individual from the Region 9 Meth Council, Trail of Discovery from the Montana Gerontology Eastern Region Conference, Treatment for Problem Gambling, Working with Youth at Risk and Adjudicated Girls, MIP Curriculum Training, Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist Training, ACT Instructors Training from the Traffic and Safety Bureau, Crisis Training, and Multicultural Counseling: Issues for Addiction Counselors.  She has served on the Advisory Board of Dawson Community College's CD Program and the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters.  Pam has also been a business owner in Glendive as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Women's Business Group. 

Marie-Christine Lamphier, Licensed Eligible Counselor

Marie began her employment with WATCh East as a Security Technician in April 2005.  She was promoted to a Counselor Technician in April 2007, and then a Counselor LEC in July 2007.  Marie previously worked at Home on the Range and Estmont Human Services Center.  She was also a Special Aid Teacher in France for 14 years.  She holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in human services and an AAS in drugs and alcohol dependency from Dawson Community College.

Paula Crumb, Case Manager

Paula has been with the WATCh East Program since January 2005.  She was previously the manager of Grandview Retirement Home in Glendive.  Prior to that, she worked in a variety of positions serving persons with developmental disabilities for nearly 15 years.  She earned a Bachelor's degree in Social work with a minor in Probation and Parole from Chico State University in Chico, California.  Paula also holds an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement from the Butte Community College in Oroville, California. 

Kathy Stoner, Counselor Technician

Kathy started with WATCh East in January 2005.  Before her promotion to this position, she worked as a Security Technician with WATCh East; prior to that, she was a receptionist at a health care clinic.  She has completed training in Medical Terminology and in Human Relationships in the Workplace.

Donna Buxbaum, Counselor Technician

Donna began her employment with WATCH East in June 2005.  She previously worked for 5 years at Home on the Range, and as a kitchen helper at Lincoln School.  She has also worked in retail sales and as a diet counselor.  Donna attended Dawson Community College, and has received extensive in-house training via staff meetings, in-services and formal seminars.  She was born and raised in Glendive, where her and her husband farm and ranch.

Patricia Smith, Security Coordinator

Patricia has been with CCCS since January 2002.  She started her employment as the Security Supervisor at the WATCh Program in Warm Springs and then transferred to the Glendive WATCh East Program when it became operational.  Prior to coming coming on board at CCCS, she worked as a treatment specialist at the Montana Chemical Dependency Center in Butte, Montana.  Patty earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Montana Tech of the University of Montana in Butte, Montana.  Patricia was born and raised in Anaconda, Montana. 

Harlan Rankin, Security Supervisor

Harlan came on board at WATCh East on Sept 5, 2005.  He was previously the owner and operator of a dry cleaning and laundry service.  He has had special training in Air Base Ground Defense and Law Enforcement.  He is retired from the Montana Highway Patrol.

Lawrence Stoner, Security Supervisor

Lawrence started with WATCh East in February 2005.  He was previously employed as head of Housekeeping at the Eastern Montana Veterans Home.  He was also Chief Dispatcher at Halliburton in charge of scheduling for 230 men.  He took leadership training while serving three years in the military.  He was born and raised in Glendive, Montana. 

Raymond Semingson, Security Supervisor

Raymond came on board at WACH East in January 2005.  Prior to that he worked at a juvenile detention center.  Raymond has attained special Skills Training, First Aid, CPR, self defense, anger de-escalation, pepper spray training, customer skills training, and phone skills.  

Elaine Beeler, Security Supervisor

Elaine began her employment with WATCh East on March 12, 2005.  She brings with her a wealth of experience including 13 years at Eastmont Human Services Center.

Pat Kronmiller, Maintenance Technician

Pat began his employment at WATCh East in May 2005.  He was previously employed at a hardware store and has worked in maintenance at the Eastern Montana Veteran's home.

Sherri Hendrickson, Food Service Coordinator

Sherri (Cheryl) became the Food Service Coordinator on for WATCh East June 15, 2005. She has over 25 years experience working in the food service industry. She is the mother of eight and her greatest passion in life is children. She has worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer for children. In court cases, she represents the best interest of abused and neglected children who have been removed from their homes. She has been a program director and CASA volunteer for five years.
