Since 2002, George has been the Security Coordinator of the WATCh Program.
He came to the WATCh Program with over 21 years of correctional experience.
He began his career in corrections in 1980 as a Correctional Officer for
the Montana State Prison and worked in every unit throughout his 21+ year
employment with this facility, to include maximum security, death row, and
unit manager at which he supervised both correctional and treatment
personnel. In addition to his work experience, George has participated
in over 75 training seminars to include 35-hour NIC trainings on
Managing Prison Security Systems and Offender
Planning and Programming.
Bob Thatcher, Security
Coordinator
Bob has been with the WATCh Program since January 2002, and brings with him over 20 years of
correctional officer experience. Prior to coming to the WATCh Program, Bob
was employed at the Montana State Prison where he worked every unit during
his tenure and received extensive training in correctional supervision.
Tom
Perrick, Clinical Treatment Supervisor

Tom was hired as the Treatment Supervisor for WATCh in January 2002, where
he worked providing chemical dependency counseling until March 2006.
At that time, he began traveling to other CCCS program facilities throughout
the state wherever CD services were needed; but, as of October 2006, he will
be primarily located at START. He holds a BA in Behavior Modification
from the Oregon Health Sciences University. Tom is a Licensed Addictions
Counselor with over 17+ years of experience in the field of chemical
dependency counseling. He has worked in various genres of the
counseling field, including the Montana State Prison where he worked with
substance dependent offenders and the Montana State Hospital where he
counseled mentally ill patients. For eight years, he has served on the
Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness (PAIMI), which
is an advisory council to the Montana Advocacy Program (MAP) -- an advocacy
program for people with disabilities. He is a long-time board member
of the Digger Athletic Association, having served in various functions
including concessions chair for five years. He is also past President
of Home for Kids, an advocacy program for foster and adaptive kids and
parents.
Jim Ryan,
Case Manager

Jim began his employment with CCCS on January 16, 2002, working security for
the WATCh program. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Information Systems from Montana Tech of the University of Montana in Butte,
Montana.
Patrick
McGee, Case Manager

Pat was began working with CCCS in September 2003. Prior to that time,
he was an attorney. He received his Bachelor's degree in History/
English from Carroll College in Helena, Montana and a Juris Doctor degree in
Law from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana.
Scott
Irwin, Shift Supervisor

Scott started with the START Program on December 1, 2005. He was
previously employed in retail management and has extensive background in
supervisory positions and human resources. He is an outdoor enthusiast
who enjoys the benefits of living in Montana. His interest includes
hunting, fishing and trapshooting.
Brian
Hettick, Security Supervisor

Brian began his career in Juvenile Corrections at RYO on May 11, 2000.
He attended the very first juvenile training session offered at the Montana
Law Enforcement Academy, and has received numerous training sessions offered through the RYO and START programs.
He is a native of Butte, Montana, and returned after a 15 year residency in
Bakersfield, California.
Tom
Susanj, Security Technician

Tom was hired on December 1, 2005. He was previously employed with
Touch America, and has 30 years in sales and technical communications. He
attended Montana Tech of the University of Montana - Butte, MT. He has
training in fiber optics, "Changes," CPR, First Aid, and is Montana State
medically certified for developmentally disabled individuals. He has
served on the Butte Celebrations Board of Directors, the Jaycees, and also
volunteers at the Motherlode Theater. A Butte native, he is a musician who
plays in a local band.
Kimberly McKinnon, Counselor Technician

Kimberly joined CCCS in December 2005. Prior to that, she was the Sales Director for the Red Lion Hotel. Kimberly
earned an Associates in Early Childhood Education in Alexandria, Virginia.
She has received special training in PREA, Childcare, Practionaire, Speech &
Debate, and she has also been a Domestic Violence Counselor.
