Melissa Kelly, Program Administrator

Melissa has worked in the Corrections field since 1997. She started
working at the Brown Schools of Montana as a Case Manager with male juvenile
offenders. She began her employment with CCCS in December 2001 when
she was hired as a Licensed Addiction Counselor to work with felony DUI
offenders at the WATCh Program. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science
degree with an emphasis in Mental Health Services from Montana State
University - Bozeman, Montana. She resides in the Gallatin County
Area with her husband and two children.
Molly Painschab,
Administrative Support Technician

Molly began her employment with GCRP in December 2005. Originally
hired as a Resident Assistant, she was responsible for transporting
residents, performing pat downs, and conducting physical checks, urinalysis
testing, and breathalyzer testing. Molly was later promoted to Shift
Leader, where she delegated tasks to the Resident Assistants on her shift,
monitored the Federal Program urinalysis testing and results, and
facilitated classes such as Life Skills, Parenting and Anger Management.
She holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from Montana State
University - Bozeman, Montana. She has received special training in
CPR, First Aid, DNA swabbing, CON games, Sexual Harassment, and medication
monitoring.
Melissa Allen, Case Manager

Melissa started with GCRP as an Administrative Support Technician in
March 2006, and was promoted to her current position as Case Manager in
January 2007. She previously worked as a paralegal for a private law
firm. Melissa holds a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with an
emphasis in Early Childhood Development. She's achieved Medication
certified training; MANDT certified training; Child abuse/neglect certified
training in 2004, 2005, and 2007. Melissa currently volunteers for the
Gallatin County Guardian Ad Litem Program, which is affiliated with the
national organization CASA. She is a court appointed advocate for
abused/neglected children, who advocates for a child's best interest in
legal proceedings.
Andrew Garmer, Case Manager

Andrew joined GCRP in October 2008 as a Assistant. He earned a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Fraud
Examination from the Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. He
plays slow pitch softball in the summers, and his team won the "C" division
state championship in 2009. He also coaches football in 8th grade
middle school. He enjoys spending time with his wife Erin and their
kitten and miniature dachshund.
