Melissa Kelly, Program Administrator

Melissa has worked in the Corrections field since 1997. She started
working at the Brown Schools of Montana as a Case Manager with male juvenile
offenders. She began her employment with CCCS in December 2001 when
she was hired as a Licensed Addiction Counselor to work with felony DUI
offenders at the WATCh Program. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science
degree with an emphasis in Mental Health Services from Montana State
University - Bozeman, Montana. She resides in the Gallatin County
Area with her husband and two children.
Art Garrison, Chief of Security

Art was hired at GCRP in August, 2008. After 19 years, he retired as a Lieutenant from Montana State Prison in June 2007 and then worked
as a Police officer in Wolf Point before turning to Bozeman and coming on board. He worked on the Tactical Team at MSP for 18 years and
has Detention Officer Basic, Supervisory, Administrative and Command level certificates from Montana Law Enforcement Academy. In his
spare time, he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and traveling around with his wife in their camper watching their youngest daughter play
fast pitch softball for Belgrade High School in the spring and summer.
Molly Painschab, License Eligible Counselor

Molly joined the Gallatin County Re-Entry Program on December 2005.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
from Montana State University - Bozeman, Montana. Molly will graduate
with a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella
University in September 2011. She has also finished the required
coursework for certification as an Addiction Counselor and will be fully
licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Addiction Counselor
(LAC) in 2012. Molly has been trained in Cognitive Principles and
Restructuring, Trauma-Recovery, Crisis Counseling, Applied Suicide
Intervention Skills, Criminal Conduct and Substance Abuse Treatment, Sexual
Assault Advocacy, and Substance Abuse Management Systems. She also
volunteers with the Child Advancement Program (CAP) at Hyalite Elementary in
Bozeman. The 2011-2012 school year will mark the start of her third
year with the same CAP child, a phenomenon that statistics show will
increase the probability that the child will graduate from high school.
