Melissa Kelly, Program Administrator

Melissa has worked in the Corrections field since 1997.  She started working at the Brown Schools of Montana as a Case Manager with male juvenile offenders.  She began her employment with CCCS in December 2001 when she was hired as a Licensed Addiction Counselor to work with felony DUI offenders at the WATCh Program.  Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Mental Health Services from Montana State University - Bozeman, Montana.  She resides in the Gallatin County Area with her husband and two children.

Molly Painschab, Administrative Support Technician

Molly began her employment with GCRP in December 2005.  Originally hired as a Resident Assistant, she was responsible for transporting residents, performing pat downs, and conducting physical checks, urinalysis testing, and breathalyzer testing.  Molly was later promoted to Shift Leader, where she delegated tasks to the Resident Assistants on her shift, monitored the Federal Program urinalysis testing and results, and facilitated classes such as Life Skills, Parenting and Anger Management.  She holds a Bachelor's in Political Science from Montana State University - Bozeman, Montana.  She has received special training in CPR, First Aid, DNA swabbing, CON games, Sexual Harassment, and medication monitoring. 

Melissa Allen, Case Manager

Melissa started with GCRP as an Administrative Support Technician in March 2006, and was promoted to her current position as Case Manager in January 2007.  She previously worked as a paralegal for a private law firm.  Melissa holds a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development.  She's achieved Medication certified training; MANDT certified training; Child abuse/neglect certified training in 2004, 2005, and 2007.  Melissa currently volunteers for the Gallatin County Guardian Ad Litem Program, which is affiliated with the national organization CASA.  She is a court appointed advocate for abused/neglected children, who advocates for a child's best interest in legal proceedings.

Melinda Berry, Case Manager/GED Facilitator

Melinda joined CCCS in July 2006. She was previously a Clerical Assistant for Michigan State University's Critical Incident Protocol Program as well as a Graduate Teaching Assistant while finishing her second Master's degree. She holds a Bachelor's in French Language and Literature, a Master's in Public Policy and a Master's in Criminal Justice, all from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.  Melinda also earned a Homeland Security Studies Certificate from Michigan State University, and has recently received certification through McGraw-Hill Publishing Company to administer TABE tests to GCRP residents preparing for their GED.

Patrick Fleming, Security Coordinator

Patrick began his employment with CCCS on December 14, 2005.   He previously worked for the Butte Silver Bow Public Works Department at the Municipal Golf Course.  He also served as the PIKE Fraternity President in 2005.  Patrick is currently attending Montana State University - Bozeman, in pursuit of a Bachelor's in Sociology/Criminal Justice.  He has three years experience as a supervisor.
