Carole Kovacich, Program Director

Carole has been affiliated with Discovery House for the past 30 years.
On June 1, 1993, she was hired to serve as the co-director along with
founder Sister Gilmary Vaughan, a Sinsinawa Dominican nun. Prior to
Carole's many
years with Discovery House, she worked as the Religious Education Director for
the Anaconda Catholic Community. She's completed a myriad of studies, workshops,
and seminars in both religious and educational training. Through her personal
dedication and commitment, Discovery House has survived its many financial
ups and downs.
Tina Masters, Supportive Services, Child Care Attendant

Tina began her employment with Discovery House in January 2004. She was
previously a preschool and substitute teacher.
Tina has taken numerous extension classes in working with teens and younger
children, and has worked youth groups for the past 25 years.
Eva Riddle, Child Care Attendant

Prior to coming on board at Discovery House in July 2006, Eva worked at the
Anaconda Job Corps in the Health Service area for 10 years. She's
completed training in CPR, First Aid, and stress reduction techniques.
Carol McGrath, Child Care Attendant

Carol began her employment at Discovery House on November 11, 2000.
She has training in CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, MANDT, H.E.L.P., and
has completed other workshops in communication and education.
Deborah Eccleston, Child Care Attendant

Deborah has been employed at Discovery House since January 2008. She
previously worked at the St. Peter's Hospital in Helena, Montana as a Nutrition
Service Coordinator. Deborah has received training in ServSafe,
Dietary Management, and is a Certified Nurses Aid.
Paula J. Parini, Child Care Attendant

Prior to her coming on board in November 2009, Paula worked as a waitress and a maid. She earned her Bachelor's in
Elementary Education at the University of Montana - Missoula. Paula has special training in CPR, communication,
assertiveness, and autism. Born and raised in Butte, Montana, she enjoys reading, singing, and working with
children and young teens.
Whitney Johnson, Child Care Attendant

Whitney joined Discovery House in October 2010. She previously worked at a jewery store. Whitney is
currently attending college.
Amanda Krieg, Child Care Attendant

Amanda began her employment at Discovery House in October 2010. She
previously worked as a data tech for Hydro-acoustic Technology. Amanda played basketball in school, and is currently
a senior at Montana Tech working towards a degree in liberal studies. She will apply
to
law school upon graduation.
Pamela Wilhelm, Child Care Attendant

Pamela has been with Discovery House since July 18, 2007. She was
previously employed at MacIntyre's clothing store for 16 years and also
worked at Southwest Federal Credit Union.
